After the roll call I had doing the jobs likes always,but at 10.30 a.m Puan faris had gave me a permission to go to the library to find any information that can help me to makes a report that I needs to finishing it before this Fridays. Most my time in this days has been used for doing this report until I go back home at 5.30 p.m.

Most staff is on the leave to days. Only have me, Kak Lin, and Puan Faris todays. No have ani speech that always has been conducted in each Fridays. Also, do not have jobs is needs to do to days. However, Encik Jaffery had gave a task to makes SWOT analysis about Bahagian Latihan. I needs to do this jobs together with Hadi and Zurina. Most time in this days has been used to discus about how to complate this task. Other than that I had doing a same jobs like ususal.

In the early morning, I had came to the office like always. At 8.45 a.m all staff will have a "Roll Call". Than, I had suffing the internet to finishing yesterdays jobs. At 10.30 a.m, This department had makes some parties to celebrete Encik, ZAnahi, Puian Sharom, and us student practical that will go out from this department. After this parties, I had continue my jobs likes always until office hour is end at 5.30 p.m.

I had came to the office at 8.30 a.m. At 10.00 a.m, Encik Suhaimi had ask me to find a game that that can be used in the course. He needs this games to help him to plan the course activities in next years. In this days also I had doing some photocopies, fax and answering the call.

I had came to the office like the usaual. At 9.00a.m , Kak Rogayah had gave me some task. She needs my help to types a letter that contain about "Kursus Keusahawanan". I had finish this work before I go out for break at 10.30 a.m. At 11.00 a.m Kak Lin order me to makes some photocopies. Most task that I do todays is answering the phone expecially when other staff is going out.

In this morning I had receive a news that have a new staff will come to my unit in this January. So, my unit needs a new tables for this new staff. Because my unit have problem with space, we needs a arrrage this units. Only had me and Kak Rogayah in my unit, but we ger a help from Puan Sahkimah, Encik Akram and Encik Man. We had finish arranging this uniot before lunch. After lunch I had some document to types.

At third days, my jobs is not different compare with yesterday. However because, most jobs today needs to do by IT department, most staff from other department, mostly do not have anything to do. So we had makes our own plan. After getting the permission from Encik Zahari. we had going to Bandar Seremban. We had go to there by using Kak Lin cars. We had spend most our time at there.
After we are return, we had know that the course had finish more early that wahat has been plan. After makes a discussion, Puan Sakomah had told me that we will going back at this night. I had give my help to arrange computhing and the other thing belong to RISDA.

In my second days at RISTEC, at the morning I had help Puan Saodah to arrange the hall that has been used for course. Most job that I do at here is key in the data to the system. Only if had a persons had ask a question, than I needs to show them how to used it (Only if I know).
I feel the situation at here is more like a vocation rether than having a course. With a nice room, foods, and service it makes me realy enjoy at here. At the evening all staff needs to do some exercise. After Maghrib prayer we had someecture given by Ustaz Abdul Husin. He had give a speech about motivation at work. After having a supper at 10.30 p.m I am going to my room.

I came like usual to the office, however I had luggage to go to the RISTEC for E-Latihan course. We go to the RISTEC at this evening 4.00 p.m, so I needs to do an office jobs like usual. I had spent my time at office to learn more abour E-Latihan especially its subsystem, Smallholder Registration System.
Because have some intruption, our journey has been postpone untill 4.30 p.m. We had arrive at RISTEC at 6.00 p.m. At the fisrt day I at here do not have anything to do. I had some brriefing about this course util 11.00a.m.

After a had return form my leave, Puan Faris had told me that I has been selected to go E-Latiahan course. I was supprizing me because me, practical student has been seleted. This course has been conducted at RISTEC in Neeri Sembilan. This course has been run from 17/11/2008 to 20/11/2008. I had only one days to prepare myself for this course. Because of this course all my times in this day hasn been used top lern about E-Latihan. I needs to know about this sysytem as soon as posible because at that course my task is to teach the staff from the other department how to use this system. Kak Faizah and Kak lin had help me for this purpose. At the evening I needs to key in some data into this system. I only learn about smallholder registrasian system (System Pendaftaran Pekebun Kecil) that become subsystem to E-Latihan because I had only one days to leran about it. Actually RISDA had conduct a class to teach the persons that has been selected for this course, however, the date the class has been conducted I am leave. But I will try to do this task as better as I can.

To day my job is to makes a slid by using Microsoft Power Point that is needed by Encik Zahari for his meeting. The slid content has been prepered by Encik Zahadi, and my jobs only types the content into the slid and makes some decoration suitable with RISDA coporate image. Kk Lin had give her help for this purpose. I had finish this jobs at the evening.
I had ask permission for leave for attending my sister ceremony wedding fot two days (12/11/2008 and 15/11/2008). I had ask from Kak Rogayah to know how to makes a leave and she had teach me the procoder that I needs to follow. My leave permission has been approve by Puan Sakinah.

RISDA had celebrete Hari Raya Korban todays. Situation in tje companoie quite crowded. At 9.30 a.m, most staff going out for this celebration. My jobs today like usual, however I needs to sent a letters at other department. For first time, I had walk aroud RISDA. Because, I do not know to much aplace at here so I needs to inquire people around hear. After, I had finish my jobs, I did have any jobs.

Early in this morning, I receive a task for Cik Fatin. She ask me to types some document. Actually this jobs needs to finished by Kak Rogayah, however she had takes an emergency leave. I continously doing my jobs until a hour letter i had stop for a while to help Kak lin to attach her new computer. That I continue my jobs , and I finish it before lunch hour. This day, I needs to surfing the internet but I had done it to finish my jobs, not for personal business. Encik Safian had asked me to find the activities that can be use for the motivation camp. He needs it to makes the new proposal. All my times is the office had been used to find the information that he want. In early or morning I had found the new marriage couple, Encik Zul and Kak Nora. I know that they had coming for works yesterdays, but because yesterdays I had through it at the front of phone this first times I saw them. They are looks so happy and receive lots of jokes from the other staff. I hope they happiness will continuous forever.
This day I need to arrange my office. This is because in my office now had a new staff so, the office needs for the arrangement to heaving a new place for this staff.
Other that that, I had done some list typing and help Kak Faizah to makes a slid.

Encik Man had asked for my help to send the fax to the certain place. Have two courses that need to fax. Like always I need to do, I need to send the fax, make a photocopy, and at the last makes a call for the confirmation. I had finish my work, however something that I most dislikes about this jobs is sometimes I needs to makes a fax for fifth times. When I make a call, it takes a lot of times for the connection and today this problem become too worse because I needs to makes a call for 25 palaces, and because the connection takes a lot of times in this day I had through it by sitting at the front of phone.

All officer in my unit did come to the office in this day. All of them had a works that they needs to do at the out side and because of that I did find any jobs to do at my units. Moreover, most staff in this unit needs to do they jobs at other place. In my office to days only have myself and Kak Rogayah. Kak Rogayah give me a permission to go to any where if I feel boring in the office. Herself to did have any jobs, but she needs to stay in the office to answer the call.
With her permission, I go to Hadi place. Different with myself, Hadi had a lot of jobs that he needs to do. I had offer myself to help him, but I cannot help him to much because I do not know the system in his unit. I only can give my help to makes a photocopies, find the file that has ask by Pn. Marlinny and some office jobs.

To day I had help Pn. Marlinny to move into her new room. Actually she had cahnge her room with En. Hj. Nordin. Together with me is Hadi, Siti Zarina, En. Man, Abang Saufi, En. Safian and Pn. Hurairah. HAve new worker hade enter to our department. In my unit we a recei one person from them. En. Safian who give his hand for help when we moved Pn. Marlinny is a new workers to, however he had enter to Unit Litihan Staf together with HAdi. Most Staff at here needs to go to the meeting at the evening, so I needs to takes care my office alone for a while.

In the early of this morning, Cik Faizah had ask me to makes the call to the PRN at Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melake Johor, Phang and Kelantan to ensure that each state had receive the letter course “Pemasaran Produk Ekonomy Desa”. She had sent the fax to each PRN yesterdays, however because that time is too late she did not makes a call for confirmation and because in this morning she had a meeting, she ask me to do it. Like always, I need to makes a fax agin if the PRN did not receive the letter amd makes the call for confirmation again. After that, Cik Fairus had asked me to types the address of participant who had makes the course with RISDA. In this day I do not have too many jobs to do; however, I still can enjoy my works by doing the jobs that have given by Cik Faris slowly.

To days have the other motivation speech that had been conducted by RISDA her staff. The tile of this speech is “Al-Quran Sebagai Penawar”. This speech finishes at 10.00a.m. Then I had been invented to small ‘party’ that had been conduct by my department. At 11a.m Cik Fatin Had asked me to makes a fax to some PRN and makes a call of confirmation. If have the PRN says that they are not receive the fax I needs to makes the other faxes to them. At the evening, after the Jumaat prayers, I need to types some document.

To days is the other busy day that I need to face. In this day also, I had know the other function of my department. The other function is, my department needs to manage the sales that have been made by RISDA. Actually, beside give advice to the small farmer, and help those to advance their farm, the RISDA also marketed the product that has been made by this farmer. Most of the product is the snack and craft. I need to makes the list product that has been sales, and makes some simple calculation that sends it to Encik Zahari. I had been told that, my works will be used to makes the report by him.

The jobs that I do today make me think that my honeymoon day at the RISDA is over. In 9.00a.m I had given a lot of jobs, until I do not know what the job that I should do first. I have been told by Cik Fatin that most staff at my unit has been sent to conduct courses and because of that my units is lack with the staff that is needed to conduct the other course.
My jobs today are to makes the reservation to the place that the course will be run. Cik Fatin had given me a participant name list of entrepreneurship course. Each participant name had been given by PRN. The first thing that I need to do is send the fax to the place where the course will be conducted. Then I need to wait to get the feed back from that place. However because the persons who are in charge at that place not give any feedback, I had makes the call to that place. The persons from that place says that they are not receive any fax and because of that I needs to makes the other fax and call for confirmation. After I got the confirmation I had sent it to Cik Fatin.
At 2.00p.m at after my lunch, Cik Faris have given me the list of participant for the other course and the module of that course. I needs to types it and sent it to En. Zahari. At the beginning, I think that I could not finish my jobs before 5.30p.m, however before that time I had finish the jobs that had been given to me.

To days is quite different with the other days. Have a lot needs to be finish by me from the morning until office hour is end in the evening. When I enter to my office, I have continued yestedays work. I finish my work at 9.00a.m, but without any rest the other list had comming for me to types. I finish my work at 2.00p.m. That I needs to makes a photocopies of few feils that contain hundred of papers. After that I needs to makes a fax to the PKN than makes a call to ensure that the PKN is arrive to them. After that I needs to types a letter. I had finish mt works before I am return to my home.

When I enter to my office in 8.30a.m I do not have any jobs to do. However at 11.00a.m, have lots of jobs that I need to do. Likes always, I need to makes photocopies of some important letters that have been managed by this unit, but today I need to compile this letters to several files. The difficulties occur, because have a lot of different letters that I needs to make a copies and each letter have different numbers of copy that I needs to do. I take two hour to finish this job. After I finish my jobs, I am having a lunch.
After the lunch hour at 2.00p.m, I go back to my office. On the earlier, I do not do any jobs. Event I have a jobs, my jobs is only to makes several fax, copies and takes a call. Have two event that occur in this evening, the first is I having the other invitation to married ceremony from Cik Faris, however I think I could not go to her ceremonies because the that place is to far for me. The other event is Kak Rogayah the other staff in this unit gets a bonus but I am not sure what types a bonus she gets. However because of that she had treated McDonald to all staff in this unit. At 5.00p.m Kak FAizah gave a job to me. This time I need to finish a job different with jobs that I do previously. I need to types a name list of persons that had participated in ‘Kursus Jahitan Manik dan Aksesori Kristal’. I have type by using the Microsoft Excel. I could not finish this job before my time is finish in 5.30p.m and because of that I need to continue my jobs tomorrow.

In the morning kak Fizah had invite me to heard motivation talks. These talks had discus about the “damage in the society”. Becaouse I had entered late to the hall, I do not known who give the talks. This talks end in 10 a.m and after that I having the rest likes always. I am going for Jumaat prayer at 12.30 p.m. I had return to office at 2.45 p.m. I do not have any jobs until my office hour end at 5.30 p.m.

In this Thursdays, is quite boring to me. Had had not doing anything from the morning until I had the rest at 10 a.m. Most workers in my office is busy with their jobs, until their since do not care about me. At the rest time, Hadi had asked m e to try ‘NAsi Ayam Lekit’ at one stall near with this building. I had tried it, and it taste very delicious, however too spices to me. At the rest time also En. Zul had invited me to his wedding ceremony. I had promise to him that I will go to his wedding. He will married with Cik Norazimah, the persons who helps us to get the internships at RISDA. For the first time I had know this news I quite surprise. After lunch, Cik Fariz had given me jobs. I need to read some proposal and wrote down the module in each proposal and divide in into several categories. I do not have any jobs after that.

Like always, I am going to work at 8.30 a.m. I do not doing any work, until Puan Faizah had gave me a work to send the fax to PRN Selangor, Terengganu, Perak, and Johor. Pn. Faizah had taught me how to send a fax in the formal ways. After send the fax, I need to makes a call to each PRN to ensure that they have the letter. The letter cantain construction to do training to makes fertilizer compos. PRN Terengganu says that they are not receiving that letter, and I need to fax the letter again. I do not do too much jobs in this days. What I had done in these days is same like what I do before. I needs to makes a photocopies, sending a letter to other department, arrange the file, and makes the other call.

I had given a joob by Cik Faris to photostat 3 file that each of them contain hunderes af pages. This is the first time to me to use that machine alone. So, it was quite difficult for me to do that jobs. However, I am so lucky because have 3 staff help me to complete taht jobs. Mr. Mazlan had tech me touse that machine, Mr. Zul help me to books that filels, an Mr. Bob had help to solve the problem that occur when I am in the middle of my jobs.

First Day Intership (10/11/2008)

I has been tod by Cik Norazimah before this to come and see her to report myself at RISDA in Bahagian Latihan (Training Department) in date 10 September 2008 at 8.30 a.m. I has been told to bring the approval letter and made my own name tag. I had come like has been told to me.

when I had come to the RISDA for my fist day Intership, I has been told by staff at training department, that Cik Norazimah is not arrival yet. However at 10 a.m, Pn. Saodah had told to us that Cik Norazimah cannot come because of certain reasons. Pn. Siti Saodah had replace Cik Norazimah ti give a briefing for my first day. She had introduce to me a each place at this department, and introduce ourself (I came with Mohamad Hafiz and Siti Zurina) to the staff in this department. we are so lucky because the staff in this department is very friendly to us.

At 11 a.m we had found Pn. Marlynny she hab brief to us anout the jobs that we needs to do at here. Aftaer that, she had devide three of us to the different unit in this department. I has been placed by her at Unit Pekebun Kecil. This unit function is to give a help, give the opion, heaching new for farming and conduct the motivation rom them.

I had introduce myself to Cik Fairus, the cheif in this department, for my first job, she had told me to to read the proposal that came from the company taht want to makes a motivation at the RISDA and divide it to the different part base on a type of motivation that they want to do. After that, I needs to wrote the modul in each proposal. I has finish my jobs before I go back home at 5.30 p.m

Get Intership at Risda

I have get the Intership in the Risda headquater at the Ampang. They have all ready send application letter, however they are not given any job description yet. I will continue my contact with Cik Norazimah, the person who are manage my application at there to get more information about my jobs and any funiture the Risda had provide while I am doing my intership.
